How can I get a quote?
Simply click on contact us to book a clean and provide as much information about your house your cleaning requirements and schedule, your booking request will then be dealt with our amazing office team.
Am I charged the full quoted amount even if it doesn't take that long to clean my property?
No, you’re only charged based on the amount of time your cleaner was actually at your property working. If they finish early, you aren’t charged the full amount quoted.
Does someone have to visit my proeperty before I can book a cleaning?
Absolutely not! If you know exactly what time you wish to schedule then we can book that in straight away for you. If you want a more in-depth tailor-made service then we are always happy to visit your premises it is entirely up to you.
Are cleaning supplies included?
Yes they are! We have sourced the best professional use only cleaning products and equipment available to ensure you have the best possible cleaning experience.
Should you wish us to use your own cleaning equipment and products that is no problem at all.
What if I'm not happy with my cleaning?
Please get in touch with us right away and we’ll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.
CAN I GET A SAME-DAY BOOKING?
We don’t guarantee same-day bookings. But, depending on the day, we can often meet this requirement.
DO I HAVE TO BE AT MY PROPERTY FOR MY CLEANING?
It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your property when you provide your cleaning instructions.
We are fully insured as key holders.
DOES MY CLEANER ARRIVE AT THE EXACT TIME I BOOK?
Yes, most of the time. However, we allow a one-hour window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.
WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR THE SERVICE?
You are charged on the day of cleaning but payment is not required until after the cleaning has been completed. Your invoice will reflect only the amount of time that your cleaner was actually at your property working as per your instructions.
ARE THERE ANY COMMITMENTS OF CONTRACTS?
Our Domestic clients can cancel the cleaning service anytime without any penalties. You don’t have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.
Only our commercial clients have to sign a contract due to different operational requirements.
